There's a specific kind of dread that anyone who has worked in CPG knows well: opening your inbox to find a 47-message email thread about a promotional submission that needed to go out two days ago. When CPG teams move to real-time collaboration platforms, the first thing that changes is accountability. When a task has a name attached to it and a deadline that everyone can see, it gets done. Not because people are being watched — but because clarity creates ownership, and ownership creates results.

The second thing that changes is speed. When a question comes up during a store visit, the rep can send it through the platform and get an answer in minutes instead of waiting for the next scheduled call. When a retailer requests updated sell sheets, the brand can deliver them before the end of the day instead of the end of the week.
